| If you want to open some directories for windows users you need samba installed. For all those who do not want to rely on pre-installed samba but need a newer one here it is. Requirements: + Xampp 1.4.14 Installation: + Unpack into /opt/lampp Directory (not /opt!) Configuration: + Edit smb.conf at /opt/lampp/samba/lib/smb.conf Starting: + lampp addon samba start Please test this release because I don't know if there are any dependencies on the system left. Please report bug reports and feature requests to the author. Enjoy! |
